I believe I was born to be an art teacher for our precious children. My credentials include a Bachelor’s in Education along with B.A. (Painting) from Yangon National University of Culture, a school which professed a strong educational and ethical philosophy that has remained within me. I also hold a diploma in SEAMEO (South East Asian Ministers of Education Organization).
I have over ten years of experience in teaching arts and crafts. I started work as an arts and crafts teacher for PISM (Pride International School of Myanmar) from 2006 to 2010. Afterward, I moved to Horizon International School in Yangon, Myanmar where I worked for four years from 2011 to 2014. I also worked at Myanmar International School in 2015. Here at Thalun, one of my goals is to educate each student’s intellect. With my working experience, I use my knowledge and best teaching practices, always striving to be creative with the students.
As a mother, I do understand what parents expect from their children and the school they attend. It is my goal to encourage the parents and our community to be involved in education. I am wholly committed to be involved in collective working environments and believe that it takes a group to educate rather than a single person.
