Hi everyone,

I am Khin Thandar Soe, an experienced educator in secondary ICT and Advanced Placement Computer Science A (APCSA), with a deep passion for teaching and a commitment to student success. Currently in my fourth year of teaching at Thalun International School, I have 18 years of teaching experience, including 2 years in APCSA. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (Honours) and have a Master’s in Computer Science. I also bring highly valuable overseas experience from teaching at international colleges and schools in Singapore and Myanmar, as well as expertise in the IT field, programming, and website development.

My teaching philosophy centers on fostering critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills through engaging, hands-on projects and a student-centered approach. I expect students to be punctual, prepared, and to embrace challenges while contributing positively to their community. I strive to create dynamic learning environments that encourage collaboration and continuously adapt my curriculum to prepare students for success in a rapidly changing digital world.
