Thalun International School Employment

Thank you for your interest in Thalun International School. We are in the beginning stages of our recruitment for 2024-2025. When a relevant job posting appears on this page, interested candidates should complete our online position application form or submit their full application packet to hr@thaluninternationalschool.com

We search for teachers who have full teacher certification and license (with the exception of those teaching Spanish and Mandarin Chinese when native fluency is preferred and a teaching license from a country where that language is spoken is required). For elementary teachers, a Master’s degree in education or teaching is a strong benefit. At the middle school and high school levels, a Master’s degree in the discipline to be taught is preferred. All teachers, Pre-K through to Grade 12, are language teachers so an EAL qualification will support your application significantly.

Applicants are asked to submit all documents in electronic form (PDFs of scanned documents). While every attempt is made to coordinate the applications of teaching couples, it is strongly recommended that each partner submit a separate application.

Screening and Assessment Practices:

Aligned with the recommendations of the CIS International Taskforce on Child Protection, we hold ourselves to a high standard of effective recruiting practices with specific attention to child protection. As such we complete (as is legally possible) the following checks and assessments on applicants:
